This first session of our What's Happening series will help normalize uncertainty, manage stress, and find opportunity in ambiguity when working to make systemic change. This event will take place on Zoom. Events are free for CultureSource members, fiscally sponsored projects, and grant recipients. Events are $25 for non-members.

Liz Dreyer is a seasoned process facilitator and changemaking professional who has guided numerous arts organizations as they have worked to build their adaptive capacity. Liz began working with CultureSource in June 2021 when EmcArts was aquired by CultureSource. For over 20 years, EmcArts was a social enterprise devoted to the discipline of adaptive changemaking. Liz has worked alongside leaders, organizations, and communities across the US and Canada helping them to build new frameworks for solving complex challenges.
